We recently published the Colombia results of the participatory futures process carried out in the PECOLO project. One of the many objectives of the 3 year project was to develop innovation environments among agrifood sector stakeholders in Peru and Colombia to promote the consumption of Andean native crops.
This project has been a great learning experience, both in Colombian, Peruvian and Finnish agrifood sector contexts! Since finishing the results we’ve faced the COVID-19 pandemic. This of course will have a great impact on the agrifood sector and thus some of the results (such as action plan and road map), might have to be revised by the stakeholders once they can get back to work.
Here’s the first Colombia publication: A Scenario for the Desirable Future of the Colombian Agri-Food Sector 2030 – Focusing on Andean Native Crops : Results from the 1st and 2nd futures workshops of the PECOLO project in Colombia
And here’s the second publication: Future Landscape of the Colombian Agri-Food Sector 2030: The Return of Andean Native Crops : Results from the 3rd and 4th Futures Workshops of the PECOLO Project in Colombia
The publications will be published in Spanish by Universidad el Bosque.
